AtomX Lab is an internal tool run by Adam Robinson for his marketing agency. It is not a public product. Only Adam signs in, and it only reads data for client accounts he already manages.
What it reads
With Adam's permission, AtomX Lab reads marketing numbers from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, TikTok, Shopify and Zoho CRM. Examples: sessions, clicks, impressions, spend, orders, calls and leads. Access is read-only.
What it never does
- It never writes to, changes or deletes anything in any connected account.
- It never sells, rents or shares data with anyone, and never uses it for advertising.
- It never reads email, files, contacts or anything outside the reporting data listed above.
How data is stored
AtomX Lab stores daily totals (aggregated metrics) so reports and checks can run. Sign-in tokens and keys are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they are stored, with a key kept only in the hosting environment. The database only lets each account owner see their own rows.
Google user data
AtomX Lab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google data is used only to show reports and checks to Adam inside AtomX Lab. It is not transferred to others, not used for ads, and not read by people except Adam (or where needed for security, to comply with the law, or with his consent). It is not used to train AI models.
Removing access and deleting data
You can remove AtomX Lab's access at any time in your Google account under Security, Third-party apps, or in the settings of the other platforms. To have stored data deleted, email adam@atomxlab.com. It is deleted within 30 days.
